So long as you abide by the restrictions and requirements of this license, Rustici Software, LLC hereby
grants you a license to use the Rustici Driver for trial and non-commercial purposes for free, without charge.

Commercial use of the Rustici Driver requires a separate and different license from Rustici Software.

Commercial use is defined as the distribution of content packages that use the Rustici Driver in exchange for compensation.

Restrictions: You can not nor allow others to:

1. Use the Rustici Driver for commercial purposes;
2. Re-distribute the Rustici Driver without authorization from Rustici Software
    - The Rustici Driver can not be made available for others to download outside the context of a content package.
    - The Rustici Driver can not be included in a tool or template which will output / allow others to create
      content packages that use the Rustici Driver; or
3. Modify or de-compile the source code to the Rustici Driver.

THE RUSTICI DRIVER IS PROVIDED BY RUSTICI SOFTWARE 'AS IS' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-NON-INFRINGEMENT,
ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL RUSTICI SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES;
LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE RUSTICI DRIVER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGE.

You may not assign your license to use the Rustici Driver.

Rustici Software, LLC maintains all intellectual property rights in the Rustici Driver and all modifications made to the Rustici Driver.
