Discharge Summaries should be created whilst the patient is still admitted to Hospital and sent to the GP within 24 hours of the patient’s discharge from Hospital. A discharge summary can still be created up to 2 working days post discharge.   eDischarge has 3 levels of access - View, Full and Dispenser access.   Depending on what access level you have / need you may only need to go through specific modules of this e-learning.
