Custom Lists

As well as being able to view individual wards on PCM, you are also able to view Custom Lists.

These contain lists of patients that fall into particular categories (e.g. Discharge, Possibly Home Today), or have been assigned a particular attribute (e.g. End of Life), or that a particular team in the hospital may need to be aware of (e.g. Single Sex Breaches).
