The Search Panel provides the user with an IHE compliant search facility. Full instruction in its use is given in "InSight Secure Access" section of the on-line help file.

 

Here is a typical screen shot of the Search panel. The compulsory items to enter are marked with an asterix:

 

•Gender

•Family Name

•Date of Birth

 

The NHS number can be used on its own.
